The Halloween spirit is alive and well in my house.

As I've said before, I just love Halloween. And I love decorating for Halloween. Our challenge at BBTB2 this week was to use the banner from the Country Life cartridge. I thought it would make the perfect finishing touch to my spooky mantle decorations.

Banner - Country Life cart
Letters - Happy Hauntings cart
Spiders - Lyrical Letters cart
Spider web embossing folder - Cuttlebug
Glitter - Doodlebug

I also made these fun picture frames to add to the decor:

All cuts are from the Happy Hauntings cart

WOW, I really love your banner. The embossing was a wonderful idea - somehow I never remember to emboss. Your silhouettes are fabulous as well.

Wow Karen everything is so, so, so cute and your mantle is beautiful! This is the first house I've ever had without a fireplace and I've been really missing one. We need to add on again so I can add a room with a fireplace, lol! I love the embossing and I just got that folder and forgot all about it till I saw this. Love your silhouette pictures, Wow, and love the vintage images! And a great way to feature your Haunted House! Wow!!

What a perfect banner for your lovely mantle. I had to use my wall and it was very boring to look at.
